The Lausanne Committee for World Evangelizatioin in 2004 authored this paper on "Becoming a Missional Congregation in the 21st Century Global Context--and the Opportunitie4s Offered through Tentmaking Ministry". It is an excellent resource on global mission written from a global perspective.
